Sr. Anne received her undergraduate degree at Southern Connecticut State University, and Masters’ degrees in Theology and Pastoral Ministry from Notre Dame and Boston College, respectively.
A former Prioress of the Dominican Sisters at St. Mary of the Springs, Sister Anne has also served as an educator from elementary school to the college level in Ohio, Illinois, Massachusetts, and Connecticut, as well as on numerous Boards for education, health care, and Dominican concerns.
She is currently serving as the Assistant to the President of Albertus Magnus College, a founded ministry of the Dominican Sisters of Peace. She served as Interim President during the most recent transition between former President Dr. Julia M. McNamara and incoming President Dr. Marc M. Camille.
Her work with children, teens and college students make her uniquely capable of addressing young people considering religious life. “I would say ground your life and your ministries in a theological context,” Sister Anne says. “Relish the opportunity to develop a life of prayer, study, community, and service – all needs in our world today. Have the courage of St. Catherine of Siena to speak and act on the truth with charity.”
