3 Things I Want for Christmas

I am part of a group who agreed to a gift giving plan this Christmas in which we suggest to each other three things we would like for Christmas. I suspect you may have encountered this approach to Christmas gift giving yourself.

It’s not that I don’t want gifts! But it is hard to make suggestions, it feels funny and oddly uncomfortable. One episode in particular caught her attention and she followed the recommendation to start an “I am Grateful” journal. The expectation was that every day she would write down the ten things she was grateful for that day. Continue reading →

Pick one gratitude and practice it for a while and see if your holidays are more peaceful, calmer and less stressed. Continue reading →
