Wellness Nurse Shelly Spohn brought an assortment of soft and friendly friends to visit the Sisters at the Columbus Motherhouse on December 23. While the visit from Maggie the Persian cat and Bengie and Judy the lion-maned bunnies was called Pet "Therapy," it looked like too much fun to be medicinal!
Sr. Nancy Garson meets with some fuzzy friends, while Sr. Jeannine Halloran cuddles Bengie the Bunny.
What a great idea! Everyone can use a bit of animal contact.

Sorry I missed the bunnies, but I did enjoy time with Maggie! Thanks for making this possible for us!
Aww! Makes me smile 😃 great idea and healing too.
I think we should have cuddly friends at our mother houses with our sisters all the time because they are healing to our spirits. Plus, they are loving and kind and give unconditional love to us.
