The Peace Center in New Orleans rang in 2026 with a celebration of appreciation for its volunteers.

Former and current members of the Advisory Council, volunteers who help with Senior programs, and friends of the center enjoyed great food and wonderful conversations during an afternoon party on January 3, 2026. Everyone relaxed, shared stories of their experiences of the activities of the center and looked to the future for more activities. The 2026 Calendar already includes Bingo days, Lunch and Learns, line dancing classes and more!
